Hi, I'm Shah, and I run TechNico Online Services. Since 2017 I have been helping home users fix their computers, phones and connected devices, and keep them safe from viruses, scams and identity theft.
Every session is remote, so I never need to visit you or take your device away. You can watch everything I do live on your own screen, and I explain each step in plain English as I go. If something needs a decision, you make it. If you have a question, you get a straight answer.
